Well regarding the originator of the content, here is what Richard Russell said in his letter tonight:

"Here's another thought. GDXJ is the ETF which represents the junior gold mining stocks. This could be an interesting and low risk holding? If gold continues to rise, then this ETF could be a very interesting long-term holding. Once the big gold miners get going, they're going to be looking to increase their gold reserves. This often means buying the junior gold miners (many of whom have large reserves, but don't have the resources to develop their reserves), and that's where GDXJ comes in. Do you remember the huge surge when investors rushed in to buy the silver mining ETFs? The silver ETFs exploded to the upside.
