So why didn't FLORENCE ZABOKRITSKY simply 'waive' into PA. She is actually registered there to do business.

Assume the OTC disclosures will be updated with the new 'directors' including their reimbursement figures and all the other 'disclosure' stuff that come with it...?

Speaking of IN-HOUSE

By the same reasoning is Patrick RODGERS now the IN-HOUSE CPA. If so, how are the 'audited financials' going to be completed by an 'INDEPENDENT' Firm?
