They do not have to do anything - if you look closely at who owns what you will see MMTE owns nothing! CLIL does and CLIL is not controlled by any US Agency just supposedly Liebs who made a deal with MMTE on controlling interest; however, that deal can literally go south very quickly!

Please remember MMTE owns NOTHING! Never has, never will!

History does in fact repeat itself.
