You read anything about Malone and you realize he is acrobatic when it comes to the taxman. This stock has NOLs and WorldSpace is a brand name, worth $, plus licenses, agreements and who knows what else. We don't know all the details of yet. You can rent space on Sats and if WorldSpace gets together with SIRI the Sats are already up. Many outcomes are possible.
