Hi Fluid. Nice to see you back. I think you are right that there is generally little business in the weeks around Chinese New Year.

As far as issuing new shares, the way I see it is they issue shares more to settle an old debt (which is in general 3 to 4 months old by the time the the shares are issued) than to pay for a new business. Fact is they currently have almost NO shares left from the old A/S (100m) while the new A/S (130m) is not effective until at least 20 days after all s/h have received notification of the increased A/S (which is not the case yet IMO) . So even if they want to, they cannot issue any shares right now. Plus it will take 1.5 to 2 months for any new shares to hit the market as the debt needs to be at least 6 months old for shares to be unrestricted . So once the 14m new shares issued b/w Sep and Mid Nov last year have all been absorbed by the market (which may take max 1-2 weeks from now?), we may have a break of a few months until any new shares will hit the market again IF EVER.

My hope is the very reason they were in a hurry issuing the 14m shares late last year is to avoid having to issue financing shares at all in the new year while seeking alternative funding solutions in conjunction with the FN listing. So lets' hope we'll see no more financing shares being issued, and if yes then not a miserable p/e like until now. Hope this clarifies the issue some.
