Geez, did I say he was, I was referring to his comments about his father in the book. You are totally misreading me, yes Caldwell was a corrupt guy who sold this company down the road to dilution, whatever his reasons for doing so were, he was criminally responsible and I am sure that stress added to his early demise.

Now am I clear?
