His reply regarding SEC investigation:

"I wiah they would publish tomorrow because until they do all this wild crap
will float around.
the
difficulties are real and severe but grinding towards a conclusion. The
filings have to include all this mess, and until it is resolved cannot be
completed, the stock cannot trade therefore till this process
is done. Most people are unaware of this."
