Consumer Sentiment: The overall read of 71.3 is the lowest in a year, and expectations slipped 1.1 points to 62.7, the lowest level since summer 2011's budget-skirmish and U.S. downgrade. "Oil prices are climbing and the consumer isn't ignoring it" - inflation expectations grow from 3.2% to 3.4%.
