thanks for the analysis. clearly you know what you are doing. i agree with you on (a) in that mgmt is a huge weakness and very few have confidence in them which is self inflicted. that being said, why would any bp partner with them? imo the scenario be a buyout? and clearly mgmt has set themselves up for a buyout?

your thoughts are valued.
