Bet they rent.
Could be WEST POLARIS drillship. XOM drilling in Nigeria GOG. Last year XOM sublet it for TOTAL.
Could also be SCARABEO 9 platform. ENI operated Ghana area.
PACIFIC BORA Nigeria GOG for Chevron.

WEST AURIGA and WEST VELA, new builds late this year.
Bottom line too early to tell.
13 drillships in W. Africa and 21 semisubs (though most are not rated for water depth required).
