This has gone beyond the absurd!

Howard Ullman, as an insider of CHDT Corp. HAS SOLD within the past two years millions of shares of the company's stock!

Howard Ullman sold 67,023,854 shares of Chdt Corp stock, or $288,203 worth, as noted in an SEC Filing today

Personally,I don't give a damn if there are supporting "4's" or not. If you are so concerned with this anomaly may I suggest you call the company, or Howard Ullman, or the SEC and inquire if these shares were sold.
