MRNJ is in the driver's seat if it was GRANTED to the already. Most likely CBS wants to grab it, this is a legal maneuver by an entity hungry for a clever name for a product they may have in mind. They will have to pay a royalty and maybe work out a deal that helps MRNJ in the end. It will NOT have a negative result for MRNJ, can only be a positive ending.
