The Bond Wars.

No this is not about 007, I am developing a question for the Mad Money host to provide us with his view on the long term battle Walgreens, CVS, RAD and other Brick and Mortor retail drug suppliers will be faced with in cutting costs.

As you know, both Esrx and Walgreens have leveraged investors assets with billions in Corporate bonds or debt.
Esrx did this for a a horizontal merger, Walgreens did this for a smaller horizontal but mostly a vertical merger.

Moving into B/Y point with Generic and Brand manufactures choosing
up sides to increase market share.
Will a shift occur in distrubution models?
