...that's William Blair's 4MM and wherever WB took Highlander Capital's 16MM........Guy and his group have about 3MM.....and then about 3.5MM is stuffed into pockets like mine..........imagine that...........

...and where is Guy....????....wethinks in CA with some rogueish law firm running this stock via the suit and the BK filing.......nobody will speak with me other than the standard company lines...........none of this is a problem except that Guy and his bandits are calling all of the shots.....................and his bottom line is/was: he wants a court decision on the ILLEGAL SEIZURE.....no exceptions.........and he wants the bank -- or -- a bank returned with capital.......NO EXCEPTIONS..........................none.....end of story........

...so who approved this BK strategy of tossing up a HYPOTHETICAL cash settlement (plus some mysterious bank charter held up in front of the claimants/creditors)....??????.................and the other BIG question is did the FDIC and/or Amy help structure this HYPOTHETICAL and rather weird pre-decision settlement.........even some lawyers I spoke with have never seen this type of legal maneuver........???????????????..............

...put the $10 p/s in my Speedo and I wire the PINK PRINCESS 4 hours on my NetJet account......................RT in a Gulfstream to our party........................we're just about there..........................
