If they want new investors and want to raise the price of the pps. And for lack of a better word, they have to stop raping the stock. I don't know why the man keeps on diluting at these levels.. Let her run and then dilute. As you know and as we all know. You dilute at a higher price to get more bang for your buck and use less shares.
