That would probably be part of a manufacturing agreement between the two companies.

Since MDBX holds the patents, AVT could not just sell the machines to someone else, and Vincent could sue their pants off if they did....

Plus The owner of AVT has a stake in MDBX so I don't think he would want to jeopardize the friendship...
