It is very simple and basic words such as this that will keep Liebs out of trouble. Seems to me that Liebs and Co have learned from past mistakes and have become great at using very specific words to allow them an easy way out when the deals fall through.

These key words create the perception of some activity occurring; however, when the funding falls through or some other stone wall pops up it prevents the deals from being finalized.
