Mr Diversified. Would you be kind enough to explain what the 'spread' has to do with how a stock performs ?
I realize it is the difference between the bid & ask prices. Does a large spread make a stock difficult to buy or to sell ?
Obviously it is something to watch for, but what does it tell you?
