Dr. Bill,

If the rumors are true and CTT is spun off into a new "clean" shell, what are your concerns? Are you worried about new free shares being issued to management? The JM not producing revenue as expected? People jumping ship from GFCI to buy shares in the new company? And what do you mean when you mention the company becoming private again?

Just wondering and trying to spark some discussion besides everyone and their mother's interpretation of libel.
