There is one fly in the ointment of your identifying this as a bullish harami cross...

It must be prededed by a long BLACK candle day.

A long BLACK candle day is a long down day candle.

If you take a look, you will agree that today's doji was preceded by a long WHITE candle day... a long UP day candle.

So, it fails to be the pattern.
