Relatively significant news came to-day and there are very very few posts about it. One of the things is that tomorrow KATX trades ex-spinoff - whatever that means or will do. It is now official and known for certain that if you buy tomorrow YOU WILL NOT GET THE SPIN - OFF !! No matter if there was confusion or not -- it is now official. And if you bought after the Record Date in Dec. 2011 you are NOT eligible for the Spin-Off. At least that controversy is now off the table. Next up is - when will anybody actually see any shares in their Account ? Then the KATG market can expect to see SELLING. So where will the suckers come from to do any buying ??
