APWC- You sum it up nicely. This one has always been assigned a US listed China discount but I feel it deserves better. At least only a Taiwan discount:)

Not too many other names have rebounded from the indiscretions of past management- successfully prosecuted as well, if I'm not mistaken. Going strictly from foggy memory on this but I think I'm in the ballpark. Very distant past, as I recall.
