I was emailed by a poster who wanted me to do some DD on ERBB's DTC Chill. I am sure most posters here are probably familiar with ERBB's January 14th PR stating that the DTC had lifted ERBB's Chill. link to the ERBB PR dated February 14th below

Normally when the DTC lifts a chill, the DTCC issues a Important Notice to all participants announcing a resumption of all DTC services. A sample of a DTCC Important Notice to All Participants is linked below.

The strange situation here is that while ERBB announced that their DTC Chill was lifted on January 14th, the DTCC never issued Resumption of DTC Services Important Notice on ERBB. I am not suggesting that ERBB is lying about their Chill being lifted. it's just odd that the DTC would lift a Chill and not notify Participants. If the ERBB Chill was indeed lifted, why didn't the DTCC issue a Resumption of DTC Services Notice on ERBB shares?

This important question may turn out to be nothing and if ERBB's PR was indeed accurate, ERBB should have no problem posting it's DTCC Resumption of DTC Services Notification up on the ERBB website so this issue can be put to bed.
