Can I ask a stupid question?

With all this behind us right now and waiting for the outcome, where does that actually put us...worse case scenario?

Was there not an article stating RMBS will either be a $6.00 stock or a $60.00 depending on the outcome of this case?

I know that was just "article opinion" and numbers tossed out in the wind but lets look at this.

We lose, RMBS can drop down to six in pretrade without a problem. Not uncommon for a stock to tank in half. But what I want to know is, as a long, do I consider that a buying opportunity or is that complete failure? In another words...is the decision on the case the make all or break all of RMBS? Will RMBS still be a functioning company after this all ends if it ends against them? And where do they go from there?
