I just called customer service. They sound like they are overwhelmed with calls. I Had to call a second time to get a connection on which both of us could hear the other.

When I asked about my scheduled order, the rep informed me that GNC was charging $100 for the same product and I was only being charged $79.99 because I'm on periodic delivery. She also said that my order indicates that a complementary face cream is being included. Maybe that's to make up for the price differential?
