What is holding this above $4.00? What the hek does it mean for the short,mid term PPS? Seems strange to float here with MP in the dark for so long.

I have seen this with a few stocks.Some good,and some bad.One is cmfo that turned out to be untrustworthy china numbers,and the other is umam.This has GREAT numbers and sits and sits.I guess liquidity cannot be underestimated.Got to have it/confidence.
