Dear Mr. ***,

we are still in the process to talk to the GLTV management about a possible
kind
of joint venture; so GLTV could use all of our know how and exchange
memberships
to trade carbon credits.

We made a proposal to GLTV regarding that opportunity and we are waiting at
the
moment for the decision of the Greenlite Management.
