Hey, it's all good.

One of the problems a lot of us have is DDing this thing to death. I guess there's probably a couple hundred investors that have followed this thing to the point that by the time PR's come out - it's old news. On any lively discussion board it seems like only 15% of the participants are active - the rest just enjoy watching.

The DRMS site, http://mining.state.co.us/ , Has some good info. You seem to get into mining stock and learning this site will help you out. Not every state is the same, but learning Colorado is a good primer. As you navigate through the DRMS you'll find the rules and regs, hearing agendas, and the database.

Instructions on finding the database has been posted before, but the crib notes:

1. Open the above link to the main page.
2. Down in the lower left hand corner click on "Permit Documents".
3. Click the top link, "Click here to use DMRS document Management System".

From here you are directed away from the main site to a database. On the left hand side there are input boxes to search through the various fields. In the Permit No. box enter M1984049. This brings up all the documents in no certain order. It's easiest to order these by date. Click the "Date" header at the top twice; once to bring the oldest entry to the top, and the second time to bring the newest entry to the top.

As you scroll down you'll read the history of the company in public record with very little trading noise. There's a lot of info there and my best advice to is leave it in chronological order until you get a handle about what's going on. Then you can sort by amendment, TR, and even see a few letters by us shareholders exercising our right to free speech!

You won't find too many stand alone documents. Meaning that these documents build off each other. Don't thank me until you read through it; if you have an analytic personality the database could make your mind melt down and you'll hate me for pointing you there.
