Not sure where you get the $5 million invested but as far as I can tell the last 10K shows he paid $400,000 out of pocket for about 11,500,000 shares. I can't find anything on what he paid for the other 12 million shares but hard to believe it was $4.5 million. If most of it came from his "wife, friends and relatives" I wouldn't want to be invited to Thanksgiving dinner at his house. Bottom line - lots of big numbers thrown around but nothing verifiable or relevant enough to move the share price off the 2 cent level much less back to the 6 cent level of a year ago.
