How did you become so misinformed about management? The filings clearly show that they get only shares until the mine is in production - there is nothing about them getting paid before upgrading facilities! And to repeat, SIRG is not a pinky but a fully reporting OTCQB company with Marcum LLC, one of the top accounting firms in the US as it's auditor.
