$10 is more of a psychological mark prior to the results. That's all.

The fact that management confirmed and that too promptly half way thru this month, on the January timeline bodes well, IMHO. So I am not expecting any process delay at minimum. Data collection and tablulation is rather complex task considering their trial centers are all over the world.
