Take some profits before they evaporate and look for a lower re-entry price.

I've led with your closing remark to point out how self-contradictory you are. Either you believe the points made below, which overlook the posssibilities that the asset from the bankrupt company may become more valuable or that AMBS may be up to accomplishing the difficult task you pose, or despite that and your concerns about future dilution, you still think AMBS is tradeable. If it is tradeable, then the arguments you've made are pointless. In any case, I don't see your prior posted target prices of .07 or .03 mentioned in this post.

All of what you say could be true, untrue or partially true and still be irrelevant to short/intermediate term AMBS pps movements. And of course any announcement of a JV, or buyout offer or validated test results would see your complete disappearance from this board.

The company is years away and millions of dollars in development costs from having any ability to potentially generate revenues. Purchasing an asset from a bankrupt company for $40,000 and trying to convince others that it's now worth millions of dollars is not easily accomplished.

The company has authorized 1,000,000,000 shares and I expect they will all eventually be issued. If they didn't anticipate the need for them then why authorize them?

p.s. It's the land of posts that lock in on a dogmatic point of view which overlooks or disregards new information. Those posts and posters disappear when pps rises and reappear when it goes sideways or declines. No admission of error or change of point of view = dogma.:)
