There is no point in uplisting to a higher exchange unless Muscle Pharm management have decided to stop their 'bait and switch' tactics.

Institutions will still hold back from investing in MP unless fundamental changes are made.

I don't think Muscle Pharm is lying about uplisting to a higher exchange.

I think their stock price is being artificially 'propped' up in order to meet the requirements for being listed on NASDAQ like they have stated wanting to do.

They can't be going through these motions for nothing.

Something good is in the works here and things are being worked out behind the scenes.

Muscle Pharm knows what they need to do to attract institutional money.
