It seems to me that this is purposely left to interpretation so as to not reveal any information from NDAs or CAs, or it is simply because tests were in progress by a third party and maybe this new product will also be the subject of various articles from PNAS or other.

In any case, I'm not all that excited (neither is the market, considering the share price), at least not until we see the near term fruit of any existing product, ie sales!
