The thing is, the next quarterly will have to include "consolidated" statements, will it not? The PPS should "pop" when it arrives in my opinion. If not, then this stock would have to be considered an outright fraud and McHenry and Co. would be looking at serious Federal prison time. Anyone else have this line of thought?
