Not "weakies"; rather "smarties" that want to make some money in penny stocks that don't want to sit around and wait for months on end. Pennys are not for "investment"; they're for flipping.

This stock will go down again because the company doesn't ever update its shareholders. I held it for a while and nothing big happened.

Other penny stocks are on the move....They go from .005 to .03 and money is made quickly.
