I agree and disagree with you. This is not big news to me (a long) because I expected them to pay PWC and was not worried about it. However, it is Big News in the fact that it means they are communicating (like you mentioned) which means they are concerned about their shareholders and the finger chewing worriers have one less thing to chew on.

So for those who were worried about losing their investment and those who were banking on HLNT to fail, it is Huge News.
