Huge risks justify the price on these stocks in my mind.

Risk
1. They may never issue a PR again.
2. They could have lied about financials since they didn't provide the information the auditors asked for.
3. US regulators are on a path to stop the stock from trading in US markets. I read this probability is about 80%.

Scary stuff.
