From what I gather in the 2011 Annual Report and the last 10-Q, RENU has more debt than income; is seeking financing to expand their methane gas operations; proposes to recover methane gas from closed landfills such as the one in St. Cloud, FL; and use the recovered gas as fuel for city-owned CNG vehicles in that contracted area. Oh, and they don't pay stockholders a dividend and don't see doing so in the forseeable future.

I leave out anything significant?
