Craig,
This is all nonsense and none of this holds any water. Nick refuses to have people with no business sense and an over active imagination dictate what we do on a daily basis. Unlike me, he doesn't care where the stock is…Now, me, having a stake and being in a position where I could liquidate a little at some point in the future (over a penny, no lower), I know the importance of the securities price. He feels differently.

Real quickly for you:

- Pictures of cases of Snorenz where only a few bottles have labels and the rest are blanks : yes, and?…This is a case of unlabeled product that one of our reps took a photo of and dropped in the fifteen or twenty labelled bottles he had already done to show something to the public who was asking for photos. Nobody said every single bottle has a label...In case anyone doesn't know…all bottles are unlabeled before the labels are put on…I have a stack of labels sitting right next to me, this means absolutely nothing…I'd love to hear the rational that this is a negative thing.

- Swap of advertising expense to revenue on the p&l with no regard to cost of goods sold : And, errors never happen? This was a simple error whereas the book keeper was told that the revenue was short by a certain number and she accidentally added it to the advertising expense instead of the revenue and published the report. A dumb mistake? yes…but a mistake nonetheless. How on earth does this mean anything negative?? What does this prove? The corrected one was reposted and it's now corrected. This is just a dumb thing to dwell on.

- No sign of product anywhere when promised 1/1/13. This is just not true. I've been emailed by several dozen people acknowledging where they bought it. Today Nick is going to put out our 2013 ProForma P&L part II with a list of stores and breakdown based on commitments. More importantly, we promised product would be SHIPPED by 1/1 , go back and look…nobody said it would be on a shelf by 1/1. retail, especially big retail may put product on shelfs months after receiving it. Ask anyone in retail who has put a new product (not already having shelf space dedicated) out there. they have to change the shelf plan, make room, re-ship to each store. Put in their POS system, etc. I think we will not see widespread shelf space until April. And still look at the 2013 P&L!

- Stock tanking to .0018: Well we have no control over this, and would go to jail if we did. Anyone with a half of brain can watch and check out the short report and see that some days 70% of the volume is short selling. Look at the records. Everyone says VNDM and VFIN but they are only 5% of selling total. ETRF and NITE are the big shorts here. it's in black and white.

- Pictures of empty warehouse: Again, I do not see the relevance. This is where our direct sales will be processed. it's not set up yet. It was labelled as such and why on earth anyone would think this is bad is beyond me. It shows we are thinking ahead and have big plans. Right now there are really two employees as well, so? Everyone else is working as consultants. It's smart. It's a creative way to go from 0 to 60 in a short time.

- Employing Sharper Edge late when product was supposed to be on shelves 1/1/13. Need I say more? This statement is just crazy. Now that everything is lined up and functioning, we bring in a team to help refine and manage that and it's too late?? If Nick would have hired them in October, three months before they were needed, he would have been accused of wasting money. This shows frugality, and common sense, not anything negative for sure.
