At the risk of jinxing myself;(knock on wood)... I did not get the flu shot. I know several people who have or have had the flu. (None of them are on Anatabloc.) This strain is not one of those bugs that goes away in a day or two. Most around here have a fever for over a week, sometimes two. One of my co-workers is out with it this week. He went home early last Friday feeling bad.
I don't expect that Anatabloc will confer any special immunity other than a better performing immune system. However, since many of the negatives from the flu are due to the body's inflammatory immune response; I expect that the symptoms may be reduced and recovery could be quicker for someone on Anatabloc. But I really don't want to find out...
