I really hope that the investors can recoup something here. Seems nowadays, many companies treat the investors as an afterthought. Executive interests come before shareholders, ie, that AONE123 case. Judge approved execs to receive bonuses for running company during the bk process. Reward for the guys who run the company in the ground. Total BS.
