I was not around during the time of the r/s but my understanding of it is. He said he didn't want to do a r/s then found out that there was a 400,000.00 judgement against the company. then it was either r/s or close the doors. Since then the debts are paid and profits are rolling in due to hard work. I can understand bad blood here and if you are still holding stock from before the r/s you are probably still under water. But in my opinion the surface will be comming up fast.
