Players need to be very careful here ! A letter of intent .. esp with lotsa jargon is a common device in P&D . Especially after a manipulated drop in the pps... for obvious reasons ! The letter may be real, but not the intent. Its like P&D mgf companies proclaiming their agreements with distributors(world wide no less) when they produce nothing but PR's and stock !

Play their game so long as you are aware of this kind of BS & pps manipulation AND if yr broker allows shorting this POS.
