Actually, the email my friend(shareholder) sent out was on:
Jan 04, 2013 address to ARSC website and Mr Frank Neukomm CEO of ARSC was kind enough to reply on: Jan 08,2013 stating that,

we're very close to a significant deal for ARSC shareholders.
