The only thing you're missing is that they DO have a permit. You might try to actually do some DD and check the DRMS website for permit #1984049. Mind-opening experience to see what all is there.

One little (9th EPF) to finish. Won't take until mid-March. You might let modrica in on that. He seems to be confused about dates.

Oh, and I forgot to ask you earlier, did you make any coin off the drop today? Must have been a shorter's dream!
