The problem is the share structure is too tight as it is, and it takes nothing to move this stock up or down. Look at all the closes over the last week a few thousand shares moves this up .22 cents at the close.
At the close today 6K shares brought it down from 1.11 to 1.09. Just think what would happen with fewer shares and a lack of liquidity.
A reverse split would make this even tighter, a forward split is needed when the share price gets up again.
We need to get more people interested in buying, which is what they are trying to do this week.
The company should start buying back shares at these levels, get the price back to $2+ dollars and give shareholders a forward split to make this stock more liquid.
They need some green days to show potential investors here. Perhaps they can start tomorrow!!!
