HOw come then he never presented bull side view ? Letting a shortie FM ride on his coat tail is not exactly not being blind, again, IMHO. One thing is to be totally objective but in pretext of saving poor investors, ignoring several positives on CLSN is a poor judgement on his part. For example,

1. His rule cannot apply --> TDOX is a platform not a new drug
2. Going to P3 without P2 under FDA SPA is perfectly ok
3. Insiders purchases
4. Duke research showing LTSL is far superior in concentrated and quicker payload delivery

Granted there are some risks (nothing is guarranteed) but not able provide a balanced view is his fallacy.
