AF is totally clueless on CLSN. He is looking blindly (no pun intended) at macro indicators such as low institution holding, no P2 etc. He conveniently forgetting that FDA would not have approved P3 especially under SPA, if they did not see the criticality of the HEAT trial to numerous poor HCC patients. SPA removes all risk related to not having P2.

As regards institutions, they don't want to gamble untill they see the results. I bet they would be salivating on the $75 shelf registeration once the results are announced & they are positive.

Institutions will be lifting the stock pps from $20(upon release of results) to upwards of $30 more so than retail investors, IMHO
