The company is defunct...

They've already fired all the employees, closed their facilities still owing on the lease, and disposed of all the productive assets in an auction... leaving them nothing to work with... even if they wanted to "work towards" anything...

If there was any value remaining... it's been taken...

The unmet liabilities associated with that fact likely even kills any potential as a "shell" play...

Other than that... good luck trading this dead POS...
